The Michigan Chamber of Commerce — in consultation with the U.S. Chamber Foundation, the Grand Rapids Chamber, and the Early Childhood Investment Corporation (ECIC) — is proud to release the MI Untapped Potential report, which studied the impact Michigan’s lack of accessible and affordable childcare has had on our state’s working parents, job providers and economy. This report offers Michigan-specific insights that emphasize the need to focus on rebuilding and reinforcing our state’s childcare infrastructure and the imperativeness of affordable childcare for our workforce.
