OUR MISSION
Founded in 1986, the Michigan Chamber Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to helping businesses lead in their communities, promote civility in discourse and advance employers and their employees through leadership training and continuing education.
UPCOMING EVENTS
When it comes to our signature events there’s something for everyone. They address important business needs, spot upcoming trends and provide networking opportunities. Each series or event also highlights the work of the business community and helps engage teams and key stakeholders.
NATIONAL CIVICS BEE®
The National Civics Bee® is an annual competition that encourages young Americans to engage in civics and contribute to their communities. Participating 6th, 7th and 8th grade students flex their civics knowledge for a chance to win recognition and cash prizes. Learn more about the National Civics Bee® in Michigan.
BECOMING A POLL WORKER
The Michigan Chamber Foundation is helping support local clerks and strengthen civic engagement by encouraging more Michiganders to serve as poll workers and learn how elections operate in our state.
Through nonpartisan education and outreach, the Foundation is working to connect citizens with meaningful ways to support trusted, secure and well-run elections in their communities.
