UPCOMING EVENTS
When it comes to our signature events there’s something for everyone. They address important business needs, spot upcoming trends and provide networking opportunities. Each series or event also highlights the work of the business community and helps engage teams and key stakeholders.
NATIONAL CIVICS BEE®
The National Civics Bee® is an annual competition that encourages young Americans to engage in civics and contribute to their communities. Participating 6th, 7th and 8th grade students flex their civics knowledge for a chance to win recognition and cash prizes. Learn more about the National Civics Bee® in Michigan.
CIVIC TIME OFF
Civic Time Off (CTO) is an initiative of the U.S. Chamber and Michigan Chamber Foundations to encourage employees to serve as nonpartisan poll workers, filling crucial shortages across our state and giving participants first-hand insight into how our elections work while also helping serve their communities.
The program is flexible, ensuring businesses can implement it in whatever way works for them. Check out these resources below to learn more and get started.
