As the program marketing manager, Kiersten works alongside our sales and marketing teams, as well as MI Chamber partners, to help spread awareness of our products and services to members.

Before joining the MI Chamber, she served as the chief of staff at Dura Software and head of customer support at Ash and Erie — both roles where she honed her skills to effectively communicate, manage relationships, understand the needs of different stakeholders, and deliver high quality work.

Kiersten holds a bachelor of science in Merchandising and Design from Wayne State University. 

Her favorite part about working at the MI Chamber is the ability to create stronger communities by working everyday to help businesses across the state of Michigan reach their full potential.
