As a membership associate, James’ primary role is to connect with new and existing members of the MI Chamber to ensure their membership needs are met. 

Before joining the MI Chamber, he served as a sales manager for Verizon where he routinely received employee of the month for his high performance.  

James received an associate’s degree from Lansing Community College, and his favorite part about working at the MI Chamber is the office culture and leadership.
