Poll workers are trained and paid, and serve close to home helping local clerks administer early voting and Election Day.
Make the connection: The Michigan Chamber Foundation’s nonpartisan Support MI Clerks initiative makes it easy to introduce the opportunity to your employees or members.
- Brief presentations. Give us 10–15 minutes at a staff meeting, lunch-and-learn or other gathering, and we’ll cover what serving involves, what to expect and how individuals can sign up in their own communities.
- Other resources. We can also provide ready-to-use newsletter content, posters, FAQs and other materials you can share directly with your employees or members.
