Education Reform Group Looking for Business Leaders’ Input

Advocacy News – July 27, 2021

Launch Michigan, a statewide K–12 coalition, is working to better understand stakeholders’ views about education and school funding. As business leaders and employers, you have unique insights to share and are being invited to take the following brief online survey.

The findings generated through the below survey will be used to inform the Launch Michigan work going forward. This is a valuable, low-stakes opportunity for you to use your experiences and knowledge to add depth to the public dialogue about PK-20 education.

This is very much not a means of pinning Michigan’s business community into a specific vantage point. We know your organization has its own views that are distinct and extraordinary. However, as we work to identify strongly shared ideas about K–12, there is utility in helping Launch Michigan identify areas of commonality.

We very much look forward to gathering aggregated data about what Michigan business leaders are experiencing in their work, as well as the leading-edge strategies they believe to be most promising. This survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete; we encourage you to take the time necessary to add your thoughts by August 6, 2021.

The survey can be found at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MQDMSF3
