Dan Papineau, Director of Tax Policy and Regulatory Affairs for the Michigan Chamber, earned the designation of Michigan Certified Assessing Technician (MCAT) from the State Tax Commission.
MCAT certification is a limited certification which provides individuals with basic education in assessment administration. Dan sought the certification to have a better knowledge of property tax administration and to strengthen his arsenal as he lobbies on behalf of Chamber members.
