Antonio “Tony” Rodriguez rejoined the Michigan Chamber in the fall of 2025 as its director of operations and membership, where he oversees the systems, data and workflows that ensure a high-quality member and customer experience. He focuses on building efficient operations, leveraging smart technology and delivering responsive, data-informed support across the organization.

Tony brings nonprofit operations and business management experience to the Chamber. Before returning to the team, he most recently served as director of business and operations for the Michigan Association of Administrators of Special Education, where he led finance, events and organizational systems.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a certificate in human resources from Ferris State University.

Tony values the strong relationships built through his work with Chamber professionals and members and is passionate about providing exceptional support to Michigan’s business community.
