Douglas W. Crim is a principal in the law firm of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone. He represents employers in MIOSHA and OSHA Enforcement actions in Michigan and in other states. He also assists employers in conducting confidential compliance audits for environmental, health, and safety (EHS) laws and regulations and developing programs to address an employer’s individual EHS management and compliance needs. Mr. Crim has handled workplace accident cases involving more than 50 fatalities and well over 1,800 alleged OSHA/MIOSHA citations, including “Repeat" and “Willful" citations. He has provided input to legislative committees and government agencies on proposed new and revised environmental, health and safety standards and regulations.
This seminar qualifies as six credits (6) toward the Basic or Advanced Environmental, Health & Safety Compliance Certification Program. This program has been approved for four (4) HR (General) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
