As the senior director of membership information and services, Sue works directly with members regarding their accounts and dues, provides database support for members and customers and generates communications to customers renewing dues and compliance subscriptions.
Prior to her 30-year tenure at the MI Chamber, Sue worked as the 3rd-generation in her family’s agriculture business, sparking her passion for supporting small businesses.
Sue holds a B.A. from Michigan State University. She serves as president of the Board for Bath Township Public Library and is a founding member of the Friends of Bath Township Library, whose efforts through a mileage campaign allowed Bath to establish a library in 2017.
Her favorite part about working at the MI Chamber has been the opportunities to wear many hats over the years, especially working to use technology to better serve members and customers.
