“Without a doubt, as a small business owner, I understand the impact and effectiveness of the Michigan Chamber, so much so I joined the board,” said Arny Rodriguez, entrepreneur & owner of Acqua In Vino in Wayland, Michigan. “The Chamber’s track record of delivering powerful advocacy for all members – no matter what size – is truly unmatched. Businesses like mine need a trusted partner in Lansing – someone who will be their voice.”
Rodriguez is a natural entrepreneur. In addition to owning Acqua In Vino, a specialty wine and cheese shop, he is the President & CEO of Technical Professional Services, Inc., a professional staffing firm he founded in 1983. If that wasn’t enough, he also owns The Cobblestone Pizza and Banquet Center, a 23,000-square foot restaurant, banquet, and office facility in Caledonia, Michigan.
“With running several businesses, it would be impossible to stay up on all the legislation coming out of Lansing,” adds Rodriguez. “The experienced Advocacy team at the Michigan Chamber understands business, our challenges, our opportunities and has become our eyes and ears regarding legislative issues that impact business and employees. There are a lot of wonderful things happening in Michigan, and as a business owner, I want that to continue. I am proud to be a member of the Michigan Chamber and encourage all businesses to join an organization that supports us.”
