Bills to return the taxation of dental prosthetics in Michigan to tax exempt status were introduced in both the State House and Senate last week. The Michigan Chamber supports "re-exempting" dental prosthetics from the sales tax to help control health care costs. House Bills 4929-30 were introduced by State Rep. Julie Alexander (R-Hanover). Senate Bills 566-67 were introduced by State Senator Dale Zorn (R-Ida).
