We are pleased to report that the Michigan Chamber achieved three major victories on Election Day on behalf of the Chamber's 6,000 members and the one million Michiganders Chamber members employ. In the days, weeks and months leading up to Election Day, we delivered powerful advocacy on behalf of members. With the election now over, the Michigan Chamber remains the strongest and most effective voice of business in Michigan.

Victory #1: Business-Friendly Majority Retained in the STATE SENATE

Michigan State Senate

The Michigan Chamber supported 26 business-friendly candidates for the State Senate – 21 were victorious on Election Day. Another clear win for the Michigan Chamber and Chamber members.

Victory #2: Business-Friendly Majority Retained in STATE HOUSE

Michigan House of Representatives

The Michigan Chamber supported 63 business-friendly candidates for the State House — 56 were victorious on Election Day. A major victory for the Michigan Chamber and Chamber members.

Victory #3: Rule-of-Law Justice Re-Elected to MICHIGAN SUPREME COURT

Chamber-Endorsed Justice Beth Clement Wins!

We are pleased to report that Justice Beth Clement was successful in her re-election bid to the Michigan Supreme Court. It is critically important to have an independent and experienced Supreme Court that will support the rule of law. Her re-election is a clear victory for the Michigan Chamber and Michigan job providers.
