To understand what that entails, please join us for this brand new half-day seminar. You will learn what steps to take for a workplace investigation and will also work in teams to prepare an investigation plan and hone interview skills through role playing.

Maureen Rouse-Ayoub is a Co-Chair of Bodman PLC’s Workplace Law Group, where she concentrates her practice in labor and employment law, providing advice and counsel and exclusively representing management in the private and public sectors. She has represented management in state and federal court with significant success.
Aaron Graves is a Co-Chair of Bodman PLC’s Workplace Law Group, where he focuses his practice in labor and employment law, providing a broad spectrum of employment matters such as pre-hire screening, discrimination, harassment, wage-hour, policy administration, substance abuse, FMLA, discipline, whistleblower, retaliation, discharge, and plant closings/reductions in force.
Donald H. Scharg is a LaBelle is a member of Bodman’s Workplace Practice Group and has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of labor law, construction labor law, employment discrimination, and employee relations. He has represented employers in collective bargaining contract arbitrations, 312 arbitrations, wrongful discharge, and discrimination claims.
Jason E. LaBelle is a member of Bodman’s Workplace Practice Group, where he counsels public and private sector employees on employment matters and advises management on contract negotiations and other labor issues. Prior to joining Bodman, Jason’s practice focused on appellate advocacy and complex, substantive motion practice related to contract and insurance litigation in state and federal courts.
