Chamber-Backed Legislation to Improve Taxpayer Access to Courts on the Move

May 6, 2015

The Michigan Chamber is leading the effort on legislation to strengthen taxpayer rights and improve taxpayer access to courts. We are pleased to report that, after providing testimony on Senate Bill 100 (Brandenburg), the legislation has passed out of the House Tax Committee with unanimous support. The bill is now before the full House and we hope to have the legislation to the governor before summer break. Read more about this legislation here
